Little Mutant Boy is an adventure puzzle-platformer where the player must use different mutant forms and abilities to navigate each level of the sewers. Each mutation offers different utility for different situations, such as the gooey arm ability, allowing the player to latch onto and pull themselves to a wall from a distance away, or the atomic strength, letting the player use super strength to move heavy blocks around. As the players mutant powers grow, so do the challenges they face.
This is a project build in Unreal Engine 5 over the span of 7 weeks, approximately 50 hours total, through the work of six team members with the grand objective of creating one level of industry quality. The project was part of the Prototype Game Development course at Academy of Art University.
